LITTLE MALTESE ONE HUNDRED BONES

 ONE 13 OZ. CAN NUTRISOURCE CHICKEN/LAMB/OCEAN FISH DOG FOOD

THREE AND A HALF CUPS OF PAMELA'S BAKING & PANCAKE MIX

TWO FLAX EGGS (TWO TABLESPOONS OF FLAX + FOUR TABLESPOONS OF WATER)


DIRECTIONS:

MAKE YOUR FLAX EGGS FIRST BY COMBINING TWO TABLESPOONS OF GROUND FLAX MEAL PLUS FOUR TABLESPOONS OF WATER. STIR AND SET ASIDE FIFTEEN MINUTES UNTIL THICKENED.

COMBINE FLAX EGGS, FLOUR, AND DOG FOOD IN MIXER. TURN DOUGH OUT ONTO FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD DOUGH UNTIL FEELS LIKE A NICE PLAYDOUGH TEXTURE, NOT STICKY. ROLL-OUT & CUT OUT YOUR BONE SHAPES USING COOKIE CUTTERS FOR THE PURPOSE AND PLACE ON A LINED COOKIE SHEET.

BAKE AT THREE HUNDRED & SEVENTY-FIVE DEGREES FOR TWENTY-FIVE TO THIRTY MINUTES, OR UNTIL GOLDEN ON THE BOTTOM SIDE.

COOL COMPLETELY.

MAKES ONE HUNDRED BONES!!

I STORE THESE IN THE FRIDGE TO KEEP THEM FRESH AND CRUNCHY.

 

Little Maltese Banana & Cheddar Biscuits

2 c. organic steel cut oats
3/4 c. organic oat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 over ripe banana
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. filtered water (give or take)

Combine all ingredients in your mixer. Add more water or flour as you go to make the dough perfectly. Not too wet, or too dry.
When you have it right, turn onto a floured surface and roll it out about 1/4 inch thick and cut with your cookie cutters.

Place biscuits on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
Turn off the oven and LEAVE the biscuits in there for an additional 20 minutes before removing.
Cool & store.

 





 Little Maltese

 Oat N Tuna Cookies

1 c. organic steel cut oats

1 c. organic oat flour

1 tsp. ground organic flax

1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 can tuna, undrained

1/4 c. goats milk or esbilac

Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine the two mixtures together. Roll dough into small balls and flatten with your hand. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for about 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool and store in an air tight container.
